Matt Dell is an Insurance Expert and the owner of Elders Insurance Ulladulla. He has over 30 years’ experience operating and supporting business on the South Coast.
Matt is well known for community involvement in groups including Community Connect Southern Shoalhaven, Milt Ulla Entertainers, Milt Ulla Apex Club, and the Lions – Ulladulla Districts Community Foundation (Jindelara Cottage).

Ana is the Principal Consultant of ANACRIS Consulting. As an accomplished business professional, Ana’s experience in global organizations in the Private and Public Sectors exceeds 18 years in national and international markets.

The Business Development roles in major corporates held by Ana were to build or expand business units, responsible for sales, marketing, business development, contract negotiations and operations. leadership and change management.

Ana loves the sun, beach and enjoys yoga and SUP in her spare time.

Mary-Jean Lewis

Mary-Jean moved to the Shoalhaven for a sea-change in April 2018 after spending 7 years in Sydney working in high profile law firms.

Mary-Jean is passionate about the local community, and hit the ground running as the co-founder of the Basin Business Forum (a networking group held in the Bay & Basin area) which began in July 2018.

In her spare time Mary-Jean is working on building her new home in Tomerong. She enjoys spending time at home with her family, walking on the beach and returning to her home town of Orange, NSW to visit her family and friends.

John Broughton

John is a Certified Financial Planner® and director at Tailor-Made Financial Services. John provides holistic financial advice on Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), superannuation, retirement planning and investments.

John moved to Milton-Ulladulla in 2008 after commuting from Nowra for two years. He loves living in a country town near the beach where he only has a short drive to work. Out of the office you will find him participating in community activities with Apex or spending time with family and friends. He has been the Treasurer of Apex since 2011 and on the board of the Milton Ulladulla Ex Servos Club since 2020

Gavin Hart

Gavin’s career spans 30yrs of professional services including geology and financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours Geology) from Macquarie University and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Gavin’s earth science background has furnished a close affinity with the wine industry –“exploring the earth for minerals is akin to exploring the terroir for wine making”. Combined with his 20yrs in private practice in financial management, Gavin brings a refreshing approach to the delivery of wine to the hospitality industry.

Paul Davies
Paul DaviesCommittee Member - Tourism
Paul is a an accomplished lawyer with over 40 years’ experience working in multinational corporations in senior executive roles covering corporate law, contract negotiation, consulting, marketing and business development.
For the past five years Paul and his partner Libby have run a successful award winning bed and breakfast business in Mollymook known as the Ridge Retreat where Paul’s passion for cooking and Libby’s talent for interior design, blend exceptionally well to create a luxury, relaxing boutique getaway for their guests.
Leonie Corrin-Smith
Leonie Corrin-SmithOffice Manager
Leonie Corrin-Smith has voluntarily managed events for over ten years in the Milton-Ulladulla area, as well as being self-employed in digital marketing. Leonie has been instrumental in the planning and execution of dozens of festivals and events, such as the inaugural Relay for Life, the Harbourfest Food and Wine Festival, the Ulladulla Blessing of the Fleet Festival, the New Year’s Eve Fireworks and Carnival, the Milton-Ulladulla Business Awards and many more.
She is an active Rotarian (past President) and a Paul Harris Fellow Recipient.
Leonie is employed part time by the Milton Ulladulla Business Chamber in the capacity of administration, events, marketing and graphic design.
